Gopalaya – Bungalow apartment at Alamelumangapuram
This is a residential Building contract wherein we constructed a Bungalow apartment at Alamelumangapuram in Mylapore , It comprises of a three storey structure with ample Car Parking , Nine Bedrooms , ten Bathrooms , a Large single living Room , a 400 sq ft Kitchen cum Dining Room and a pooja room in excess of 150 sq ft . This was built for a joint Family of three brothers and measures almost 7000 sq ft . It stands out as the leading Building Contract project in terms of fineness amongst the projects completed by us till date.
Vijayalakshmi apartments @ Dwaraka , Mylapore
This is a residential building contract comprising of six unit apartments at Dwaraka Colony in Mylapore, The sizes of the apartments ranged between 1600 sq ft to 3000 sq ft each. The overall Built up area was in excess of 14000 sq ft on a stilt plus two storey structure. The project was finished with top notch specifications including Kajaria Tiles , Roca Bath Fittings , Royale emulsion , Johnson Lifts , Koel Green DG etc . This project is a major milestone in our journey as Building Contractors

This is a commercial Building contract wherein we built a large structure for Delta Hospital Project was again a significant milestone in our journey as Commercial Building Contractors. It is a Four storey commercial Building at Mugalivakkam in Chennai which was converted as a Hospital Building . The overall building area is in excess of 10,000 sq ft
Prabhakar’s Enclave at adambakkam
A residential building contract of an apartment complex with four units at Mahalakshmi Nagar, adambakkam. The area of construction as per the Building contract was nearly 7000 sq. ft and was completed with fine specifications.
Radhe Krishna at Mylapore
A residential building contract on a property located at Abraham Mudali Street near the Kabaleeswarar temple at Mylapore, The project comprised of 4 studio apartments in stilt plus two floors. The area as per the Building Contract was almost 4000 sq ft

Ramesh’s Business Centre
This was a commercial Building contract work wherein we constructed a large commercial Building Complex at Manapakkam measuring 10,000 sq ft. The complex houses an Italian restaurant by the name “ Sugo Sugo “
School Building for the Tamil Nadu Government, Tahdco measuring 30000 sq ft .
This is one of the largest building contracts undertaken by us , it is for the subsidiary of the government by the name Tahdco and is located at Kumuzhi near vandalur . The area of construction of the Building is almost 30,000 sq ft. 11. Celebrity Project – Karpagam Gardens ,
An 8000 sq ft edifice at Karpagam Gardens Adyar for the celebrity actor “ Nizhalgal Ravi’s Family “ . It was a residential building contract for the construction of two large apartments , one each per floor .
Surya’s Residence at Ooty
This was residential building contract job for the construction of a five bedroom bungalow at palada near ooty , it happens to be one of our signature projects till date . The built up area of the house measured in excess of 4500 sq ft on a sprawling land area of 1 acre.
Vijay’s Residency
This was a residential Building Contract work for Dr. Vijay and Family in the heart of valasarawakkam . The combined area of the project was 8000 sq ft with 5 apartments . This projects happens to have one of the most striking of elevations as there was a huge spend on the same .
Ganesh’s Residency at Keelkattalai .
This is a residential apartment contract at Keelkattalai with an area of almost 4500 sq ft . It is in progress with premium specifications . The execution of the Building contract is done by the in-house team .
