Macc's Soorya
A gated community of 20 apartments on a land area measuring 8000 sq ft , Soorya apartments was developed in 2 blocks , A & B with each block consisting of 10 houses with covered car parks for every house . Soorya came with the stamp of approval from the highest governing body for approvals, the CMDA. Soorya has been designed as per vasthu by leading architects M/s Studio 14 and the Structure has been designed by Econ structurals. This project happens to be a fine testament to our capabilities in carrying out residential building contracts with our in house team and our marketing and sales acumen too.
Macc’s Suraj
Suraj is a community of exquisitely designed six living residences and two commercial units in the heart of south Chennai Madipakkam at a distance of about 2 kms from the velachery railway station. It is located at less than 50 metres from the Ponniamman koil bus stop thereby offering utmost ease of transport and conveyance. It is an exclusive gated community of 8 units in two floors. The ground floor comprises of car parking and commercial space whereas the first and second floor are absolutely residential living spaces. The project is developed with approval from the highest governing body for approvals, the CMDA / Corporation. Suraj has been designed as per vasthu by leading architects M/s Studio 14 and the Structure has been designed by Econ structurals. The Building Construction was carried out by our in House Building Contracting team.
Macc’s Surya Chandar
Surya Chandar is located at Iyyappanthangal, 500 meters off the Mount Poonamallee High Road and consists of 14 luxuriously designed apartments by leading architects. It was Built on three Blocks with fully covered Car parking space , an association cum games Room and a Servants toilet . The project is approved by the CMDA, the highest governing body for approvals in Chennai/TN. The Building construction was carried out by the In House Building Contracting team and it stands out as a testimonial to our large Building Capabilities .The project was designed by leading architects and structural engineers.
Macc’s Sunshine
A small community of 6 apartments at pallikaranai on the busy 200 feet radial road connecting Pallavaram and Thoraipakkam. The project is located very close to Cognizant Technologies, Kamakshi Hospital and the Adyar Ananda Bhavan Hotel . The design provides for ample covered Car parking space for all residents and boasts of premium specifications at affordable prices . The Building contract works were carried out by in house team
Macc’s Royal Gardenia
It was a large project developed in phases and comprised of 80 independent villas of which the first phase was completely developed by MACC. Located at Gerugambakkam, which is interspersed between the porur Junction and the DLF Tech Park . The first phase of the project had affordability as its fulcrum and was sold within a day of its launch . The Chennai customers lapped it up like hot cakes as the villas were sold at prices as low as 28 lakhs which was unheard in the history of the real estate market in chennai . The project was ably marketed and managed by the Times Group . The Building Contracting work and sales was handled by Macc.
Macc’s Sunrise Villas
A community of 22 independent Villas at Soosaia Nagar in Iyyappanthangal, the project was a super hit in the beginning of 2010 as it offered excellent value for money for the home buyer . More importantly it was developed on a CMDA approved layout of 11 acres which was largely left underdeveloped and un-explored due to harsh low lying terrain. MACC transformed the complete layout within a span of six months of its launch by construction of villas after altering the landscape. Sunrise Villas transformed the entire layout and skyrocketed the land price in the vicinity. There was a threefold rise in the land price within a year of commencement of sunrise villas. The project was designed with pile foundation by reputed structural engineers , the architectural design was done by Studio 14. The construction was undertaken by the in-house Building contracting arm
Macc’s Udayam
UDAYAM “is a community of independent villas within an 8 acre gated layout of plots approved by the CMDA. The community boasts of excellent infrastructure with well developed black top roads, avenue trees and Parks. Most importantly it is located on the main road to pattabiram via the melapakkam village. This was marketed under our brand “ sunshine “ and the building contract works were carried out by our in house team.

Macc’s Adarsh at Porur
This is a six unit residential apartment community at porur . The project is located at Santosh Nagar near porur and was very proximal to the Arush Super Market and Swamy School . This was built and handed over to prospective buyers within a span of 10 months’ time. The construction contract was undertaken by the in House team of MACC.
